We arrange an initial inspection to advice you on all your property needs and after an informal consultation we create your individual rental ‘Care Package’. This will make sure that your Care Package will include all your specific needs and that all of your requirements and standards will be met.
Property inspection before the guests arrives:
- Clean the apartment and air the rooms.
- Making of the beds.
- Delivering laundered linen, towels and toilet paper.
Greeting the guest:
- Help to organize transfer from the airport or car hire
- Information about local facilities and how to get around
- Hand over the Keys and sort out security deposit
- Finalizing the rental agreement
Property inspection when the guests leave:
- Return of the security deposit will be determined after an inspection of the property
- Washing of towels and linen
