After Sale Service
As a company Balchik Homes will continue to be there for you after the property deal is completed. We recommend an accountant at a favourable rate, which will prepare your end of year accounts and represent the company in front of the Bulgarian tax authorities. EU citizens can stay up to 90 days within each period of six months, but if you decide to stay for a longer period or permanently in Bulgaria a police certificate is needed. We can help you with the initial procedure to apply for a certificate for long-term residence.

We offer property maintenance upon demand which will include structural repairs, painting and decorating, gardening and other construction projects. Your individual requirements will be charged as of an agreed quotation.

Due to popular demand we can now also arrange renovation or building works.

Expected costs:
-Annual property tax and accountancy charges for the company
-Solicitor representation and power of attorney for the purchase
-Electricity and water payments
-Telephone charges and waste-collection fees

If you decide to sell your property there will be 10 % (January 2007) corporate income tax of the profit. Remember that the purchase taxes and invoices for building work can be deductible in your company annual tax report.
